摘　　要：硒的特点是生理需要量和毒性之间范围极端狭窄，但是预防或治疗癌症则需要超营养水平的硒，故硒在癌症防治中的用量便成为人们关注的热点．The Characteristic of Selenium in the prevention of cancer is that the dosage range between the physiological needing and toxic dose are very limited.But super-physiological needing dose of Selenium have to be given for preverting or treating cancer.It is being the hot topic of discussion that the dosage of the Selenium in prevention of cancer.
