摘　　要：“问题学生”正成为一个时常“吸引”我们目光的群体,他们处于学校的“边缘”。在理论上“问题学生”还是一个全新的概念,对“问题学生”进行系统的研究已到了刻不容缓的地步。首先要研究的就是“问题学生”的内涵、特点及其成因。＂Problem Students＂ has become a group of students who ＂attract＂ educators＇ attention currently. They lie on the borders of universities. Theoretically, ＂Problem Students＂ is a fully new concept. The systematic study on ＂Problem Students＂ would be inevitable while the conceptation, characteristics and cause of formation of ＂Problem Students＂are fundamental questions of the study.
