摘　　要：培美曲塞是多靶点作用于叶酸的抗肿瘤新药,对治疗多种肿瘤有效。培美曲塞治疗晚期大肠癌已经有多项临床研究,并且显示出一定的疗效。现就培美曲塞治疗晚期大肠癌的临床研究进展作一综述。Pemetrexed is a novel anti-neoplastic agent of muhitargeted antifolate in the treatment of malignant tumors. A lot of clinical trials have been brought out and confirmed on the efficacy for treatment of advanced colorectal cancers. In this review, an overview concerning about the clinical development of pemetrexed on advanced colorectal cancer was given.
