摘　　要：鼻咽癌(NPC)患者的生活质量(QOL)日益引起人们的重视,其中QOL测评量表和影响因素是研究热点。NPC疾病本身及多种非躯体因素都会对患者的QOL产生影响。现综述目前NPC患者QOL测评所采用的量表及相关影响因素。The quality of life （QOL） in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） has at- tracted people＇ s attention increasingly. Most of the studies focus on measuring scale and influential factor. Both the disease itself and many non-somatic factors can affect the patients＇ quality of life. In this review, we summarize these research advancements on measuring scales and influential factors, considering that it need more studies regard to quality of life in NPC patients, and it is very urgent and important to work out the special measuring scale of NPCQOL that suits Chinese culture and value system.
