摘　　要：目的:研究一种以银杏叶、牛蒡根的提取液为主要成分的发酵食品对实验动物体重和脂肪积累的降低效应。方法:以发酵液分别饲喂小白鼠45 d,大白鼠90 d,对照组给自来水,试验末测定体重、脂肪积累量和血液中甘油三脂的含量。结果:该发酵液能够显著降低高热量和正常饲料喂养的试验动物的体重和脂肪的积累(P<0.05),对血液中甘油三脂含量的降低效应也达到显著水平(P<0.05)。结论:该发酵液对实验动物体重及脂肪积累具有显著的降低作用。Objective： To study the effect of a fermented food（esential components： extract of ginkgo leaf and burdock root） for reducing weight and fat in mice and rats. Methods： Mice and rats were drunk with this liquid food or normal diet or high sucrose-fat diet for 45 days and 90 days followed by measuring the weight, body fat and avoirdupois. Results：The findings suggested that.this liquid could obviously reduce the body fat and avoirdupois in male or female mice（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： This fermentative liquid can be effective in reducing weight and fat of experimental animals.
