摘　　要：复苏药物的应用是心肺复苏中极其重要的环节，也一直是心肺复苏研究领域的热点：本文综述了近年来肾上腺素、血管加压素、α-甲基去甲肾上腺素、内皮素-1、氨茶碱、胺碘酮、阿托品等作为心肺复苏药物应用的实验和临床研究进展。Drug treatment of resuscitation plays a quite important role in cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） for patients suffering cardiac arrest, and has been investigated a lot yet. In this paper, the author reviewed the current progress both in animal study and clinical experience of drugs for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, such as epinephrine, vasopressin,α-methylnorepinephrine, endothelin-1, aminophylline, amiodarone and atropine.
