河南省竞技体育后备人才影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过对河南省17个地市的体育运动学校、业余体校和体育传统项目学校的调查,发现影响河南省竞技体育后备人才培养的主要因素有资金投入、设备条件、生源质量、运动员就业、管理体制、项目设置、竞赛体制、选材与训练、教练员水平等。By surveying 17 regional and municipal sports schools, amateur sports schools, and traditional sports event schools in Hcnan province, the authors revealed that the main factors that affect the cultivation of the backup talents of competitive sport in Henan province include capital investment, condition of hardware equipment, quality of the source of students, athlete employment, management system, event setup, game system, talent selection and training, and coach capability, etc., which provides a valuable reference for related leading departments to guide the work according to the situation, to standardize management, and to establish relevant policies for backup talents of competitive sport.
