摘 要:目的探讨茶多酚制剂用于治疗煤工尘肺后对患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法选择60例单纯Ⅰ、Ⅱ期煤工尘肺患者,随机分为3组,第1、2组分别给予不同剂量的茶多酚(0.4 g和0.8g)口服,第3组给予维生素C(0.4 g)口服,用BAS组织化学法检测服药(6个月)前后各组T淋巴细胞亚群分布情况。结果经茶多酚治疗后,第1、2组细胞分化抗原3(cell differential antigen 3,CD3)与治疗前比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01),第3组CD3与治疗前比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论茶多酚制剂治疗煤工尘肺患者能够提高其外周血总T淋巴细胞的数量,且无明显毒副作用,对煤工尘肺的防治有重要意义。Objective To study effects of tea polyphenol on the treatment of patients with coal workers' pneumoconiosis in their subgroup of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL). Methods Sixty hospitalized patients at stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ were selected and divided randomly into three groups. First and second groups were orally administered with different doses of tea polyphenol (0. 4 g and 0.8 g), the third group with vitamin C (0. 4 g) only. Biotin-Avidin system (BAS) histochemical technique was used to detect the distribution of PBL subgroups in various trial groups before and after treatment. Results Counts of CD3 increased significantly after tea polyphenol treatment in the first and second groups respectively as compared with those before treatment (P〈0. 01). There was no significant difference in counts of CD3 before and after vitamin C treatment in the third group (P〉0.05). Conclusions Treatment with tea polyphenol in patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis could improve body's counts of PBL without obvious toxic and side effects, and is significant in prevention and treatment of coal worker's pneumoconiosis.
