摘  要:利用脂肪酶具有降解脂肪和蜡的特性,将漆酶与脂肪酶混合处理麦草,以提高蒸煮药液的渗透性,改善蒸煮性能。结果表明,脂肪酶预处理的最佳工艺条件为:pH值5.5,温度45℃,液比1∶5,时间4 h,酶用量0.7 IU/g;当脂肪酶与漆酶质量比为20∶80时,预处理后蒸煮结果最佳;与未处理和单独漆酶处理的浆料相比,二者协同处理浆料实际得率分别提高14.1%和2.0%,卡伯值分别降低23.7%和2.9%;与单独漆酶处理的浆料相比,二者协同处理的浆料的裂断长和白度分别提高11.9%和1.7个单位。The fat and wax on the surface of wheat straw inhibit permeation of cooking reagent in cooking. Due to the lipase can decompose fat and wax, wheat straw is treated with the mixture of lipase and laccase in order to increase the permeation of cooking reagent and improve the pulping performance. The optimum conditions of lipase pretreatment and the optimum ratio of lipase and laccase were investigated in this paper. The results indicated that the optimum conditions for lipase pretreatment were: pH value 5.5, pretreatment temperature 45℃, liquor to raw material ratio 5: 1, dosage of lipase 0. 71U/g. The optimum ratio of lipase and laccase was 20:80. The pulp yield after cooking increased by 14.1% and 2.0%, the kappa number by 23.7% and 2.9% respectively for the untreated and only laccase treated wheat straw. The strength and brightness of the pulp were improved obviously. The breaking length and brightness increased by 11.9% and 1.7%SBD respectively for the sample treated with the mixture of lipase and lacease compared with the sample only treat with laccase. The function of lipase in laccase delignification was confirmed by SEM analysis.
