摘 要:对新乡市20种市售蔬菜的铅镉含量检测结果表明:叶菜类蔬菜芹菜、菠菜、上海青的铅含量分别为0.058、0.0360、.043 mg/kg,根茎类马铃薯的铅含量为0.042 mg/kg;叶菜类蔬菜油麦菜、上海青、芹菜的镉含量分别为0.014、0.0100、.010 mg/kg;食用菌类平菇和香菇的镉含量分别为0.4280、.016 mg/kg。所有蔬菜的铅镉含量都低于安全食用的铅镉含量标准。Lead and cadmium content in 20 kinds of vegetables from market of Xinxiang City were determined, the results showed that:lead content in leafy vegetables such as celery, spinach and greengrocery was 0.058 mg/kg, 0.036 mg/kg and 0.043 mg/kg respectively, lead content in potato was 0.042 mg/kg; Cadmium content in leafy vegetables such as romaine lettuce, greengrocery and celery respectively was 0.014 mg/kg,0.010 mg/kg and 0.010 mg/kg; Cadmium in the edible fungus plerotus sapidus and Lentinula edodes was 0.428 mg/kg and 0.016 mg/kg, Lead and cadmium content in all the vegetables was lower than the safe edible lead and cadmium content standard.
