摘　　要：阐述BP神经网络的计算步骤及其改进方法。将BP神经网络模型应用到抚顺市需水预测的实例研究中,通过实例的结果来验证该方法的精度。实例证明该方法具有较大的研究潜力,需要进一步深入研究解决现有问题提高其实用性。Computation procedure and its improved method of Back Propagation Network were elaborated in the paper. The Back Propagation Network prediction model was applied in the prediction of the water requirement of Fushun City in near future years. The result of the water requirement forecasting proved that the BP network could possess tremendous potentiality in the practical application and in order to improve the application of BP network model, some problems of BP network model needed to be solved.
