摘  要:选取了化肥用量等19个食物生产要素,采用因子分析法测算宜春市食物安全度。结果表明,1978~1984年宜春食物安全度呈上升趋势,但仍低于平均水平;1985、1986年短期走低;1987~2002年均高于平均水平;2000年以后明显降低,2003年跌至平均水平以下。In order to reflect the objectivity of assessment result of food security degree in Yichan, the consumption of chemical fertilizers and other 18 food production factors were selected to evaluate the value of food security degree with the method of the factor analysis. The result showed the food security degree in Yichan had rising tendency from 1978 - 1984,but they were still lower than average level of food security degree. It was decreased in 1985 and 1986.However, the food security degree was higher than average level of food security degree from 1987 to 2002 year; after 2000 year, the food security degree was obviously decented and it was below the average level in 2003.
