摘  要:分别于人工授粉后的不同时间段对毛葡萄雌能花株雌蕊进行荧光染色后压片观察,结果表明:人工授粉后花粉的萌发率显著高于自然授粉状态,且环境条件在很大程度上制约花粉的萌发。人工授粉72 h花粉管从珠孔进入胚珠内部,且参与受精的花粉管由于先端膨大出现了生长受阻现象;而自然授粉72 h内均未见有花粉管到达花柱基部,主要在花柱中部停止生长。2种授粉方式出现的花粉管生长停滞现象,均对毛葡萄结实率产生一定影响。At intervals of 2,4,8,12,24,48,72,96 and 120 h after pollination, the pollen tubes subsequent growth in the styles was observed after fluorescence coloration. The result showed that the germination percentage of pollens in artificial pollination was significantly higher than that in open pollination and germination of pollens was restricted by surroundings. Pollen tubes reached ovule via micropyle within 72 h after artificial pollination, and pollen tubes were arrested after reached carpel in hand pollination and there are no pollen tubes reached the base part of the style in open pollination. The phenomenon of pollen tubes arrested in two pollination style influence fructification of Vitis quinquangularis Rehd.
