摘　　要：针对滥用药物分析鉴定实践中急待解决的问题，建立生物检材中59种滥用药物的液相色谱-串联质谱-多反应监测（LC-MS／MS-MRM）分析方法。生物检材包括血液、尿液和毛发等，样品前处理简便、快速。建立LC-MS／MS数据库和定性认定准则，方法包括筛选和确证分析，筛选方法的LOD在0．1～10ng／mL范围，其中73％目标物的LOD≤0．1ng／mL。方法的应用范围广、特异性强、灵敏度高，并且已在实践中得到了验证。A method using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with multiplereaction monitoring （LC-MS/MS-MRM） was developed for the simultaneous screening of 59 drugs of abuse in the body specimens to cover the problem in forensic toxicology. The biological samples including blood, urine and hair were prepared simply and rapidly. The MRM database and criteria for identification were established. The screening method was followed by confirmation procedure and the limits of detection ranged from 0.1 to 10 ng/mL （LOD for 73% of the drugs≤0.1 ng/mL）. The method was sufficiently selective and sensitive to detect illicit drugs and applied in forensic casework.
