高校青年体育教师队伍素质建设的思考

摘　　要：高校体育落实“全民健身计划”的战略,实现体育教育的宏伟目标,必须建设一流的体育教师队伍。建设一流的体育教师队伍,要加强青年体育教师队伍的自身素质建设,全面提高青年体育教师的整体素质,这是新世纪的高校体育教育改革的一个十分重要的亟需解决的现实课题。To carry out the policy of National Fittness Program and realize the overall goal of physical education,colleyes must possess a high - quality PE tesching staff. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the comhrehensive quality of all the PE teachers in collegees and universities,And this is also a demanding task to fulfil in the context of college PE reform in the new century.
