摘　　要：从地理环境和经济发展状况的角度,对新疆贫困地区高校竞技体育的发展现状及其制约因素进行了分析,提出了面对社会转型和西部大开发的机遇期,新疆贫困地区高校竞技体育发展的一些对策。From the angle of geographical environment and economic development, this paper made analysis on developing condition and restricted factors of college competitive sports in undeveloped regions in Xinjiang, put forwarded some countermeasures of competitive sports development facing the opportunity of social transformation and large-scale development of the western region,
