摘　　要：诚信是全面发展的人所必须具备的基本素质,是市场经济的必然要求。然而,在转型期间,大学生诚信意识淡薄、失信现象严重,已经偏离了人才标准的轨道。大学教育在培养诚信人才方面应该发挥其主导作用,营造良好的育人环境,为社会培养诚实守信的建设者和接班人。Integrity is the basic personal quality of comprehensive development and the requirement of the marketing economy. However, in the period of transformation the lack of integrity is becoming a serious problem. The college education should play the leading role in integrity education and train constructer and successor of credit .
