摘　　要：风险管理是企业管理的重要内容。通过建立企业风险预警指标体系,利用神经网络方法对企业风险状况进行综合评估,并引用实例说明该方法的实现过程。预测结果表明,神经网络方法建模简单,精度高,对于企业风险等复杂的非线性问题有着很强的逼近与预测能力。Operational risk of enterprise was the most important part of management. This paper put forward a series of risk prediction model, including establishing a complete set of indices system. The simulation and practice showed that the BP neural network was an effective and convenient measure to solve the complicate and nonlinear project.
