摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省农村医生对《中国高血压防治指南》(以下简称《指南》)的知晓和掌握情况。方法采用系统随机抽样方法,对辽宁省庄河、本溪两县120名县级医院医生对《指南》的知晓和掌握情况进行问卷调查。结果两县医生对《指南》的知晓率为45·8%,培训率为31·7%;对高血压治疗策略制定的主要依据及危险因素评估分层原则等知识的正确掌握率<60·0%。结论应提高《指南》培训率,加强推广力度,结合农村的具体情况,将重点放在总危险因素评估分层及药物和非药物治疗等关键知识和技能的掌握上。Objective To find out the status of awareness and understanding of the Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China by doctors in rural areas of Liaoning province. Methods System random sampling method was applied in a questionnaire survey of 120 doctors of Zhuanghe and Benxi county hospitals of Liaoning province, Results Awareness rate of the guidelines in the doctors was 45. 8%, and only 31.7% of the doctors were trained in how to apply the guidelines. The rate of correct answer of the mainstay of hypertension therapy strategy and appraisal gradation principal of risk factor was less than 60. 0%, Conclusion It is suggested that training for the implementation and popularization of the guidelines should be strengthened, mainly focusing on how to master the key skills and knowledge of overall risk factors appraisals gradation and pharmaceutical and non - pharmaceutical treatment with consideration of the rural specific condition.
