摘　　要：为了适应新《指导纲要》的要求,在分析目前高校体育现状的基础上,通过问卷调查和文献资料等研究方法,探讨了建构我国普通高校体育教育新体系的内容和途径,为深化高校体育改革和促进高校体育目标的实现提供理论参考。In order to adapt to the demands of the new Instruct Outline, we analyzed the current statues of physical education in higher learning institutes from questionnaire and documents, and inquired into contents and ways of establishing normal higher learning institutes＇ physical education＇s new system, and then provided some suggestion for reference only for deepening reforms and finishing targets of physical education in the higher learning institutes.
