摘 要:目的:观察豫医无毛小鼠眼球组织学的结构,探讨豫医无毛小鼠视物能力差的原因。方法:取豫医无毛小鼠及昆明小鼠各5只,于室温(20-28℃)饲养,饲养期间观察2组小鼠眼睑、眼球外观,12周后采用颈椎脱臼法处死小鼠,取眼球组织进行HE染色观察。结果:豫医无毛小鼠仔鼠时期眼睑外观正常,12周龄时眼睑及皮肤有许多油脂黏附,头侧、眼睑及体侧出现皱纹和褶痕,眼睑松垂,眼球变混浊,视物能力、敏感性及行动性均降低。昆明小鼠饲养期间眼睑及眼球无明显变化。豫医无毛小鼠角膜、视网膜、睫状体组织学结构与昆明小鼠相比无明显差异。结论:豫医无毛小鼠眼球的组织学结构与昆明小鼠相同,其视物能力差可能是由眼睑松垂所致。Aim: To observe the histological structure of oculi bulbus, and study the causes of dysopia in YuYi hairless mice. Methods:Five newborn YuYi hairless mice and 5 KunMing mice were raised. After 12 weeks, the animals were executed and the tissue from oculi bulbus was prepared for HE staining. Results: The eyelid-appearance of the new born YuYi hairless mice was normal. Three months after birth, both eyelid and skin were covered by cerolein. The wrinkles emerged at both sides of the eyelids. The eyelids sagged. The eye ball become cloudy and the vision ,sensitivity, and mobility of the eyes lowered. The tissue of cornea, retina, and ciliary body in YuYi hairless mice were similar to those in KunMing mice. Conclusion : The histological structure of oculi bulbus in YuYi hairless mice is same as that in KunMing mice. The cause of visual dys-function may be related to eyelid sagging.
