不同病理类型肾癌的CT值分析

摘　　要：目的分析不同病理类型肾癌螺旋CT(SCT)多期扫描的各期CT值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的56例肾癌SCT多期扫描的表现。结果不同发生部位肾癌各扫描时相的CT值及差值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同病理类型肾癌皮质期扫描时相CT值差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。透明细胞癌3期扫描密度反差最大。以皮质期CT值75HU为截点,透明细胞癌诊断准确率达84.6%,敏感性达82.5%,特异性达62.5%。结论SCT多期扫描可较好地判定肾癌的病理类型。Aim ： To explore the relationship between the CT attenuation value and pathological types of renal cell carcinoma. Methods：The CT and surgico-pathological results of 56 cases of renal cell carcinoma were analyzed, Results： There were no differences in CT attenuation value among renal cell carcinoma occurred in different position. The differences in CT attenuation value among clear cell carcinoma at different phases were significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. The correspondence of the CT attenuation value over 75 HU in the cortical phase and clear cell carcinoma in the type of pathology is very high. Conclusion： The multi-phase spiral CT may provide satisfaetory data for predicting the pathological nature of the tumor.
