摘　　要：本文分析了分布式销售系统的技术特点,提出了基于GPRS的分布式销售系统实现方案,详细介绍了基于PhilipsLPC213x32位ARM7内核的销售终端的软硬件系统设计方法,该系统具有性价比高、组网灵活方便的特点,可应用于各种产品的零售领域。This paper analyzes the distributed retail system and gives an implementation of the system based on GPRS. Detailed description is also given on the software and hardware design of the retail terminal based on the Philips LPC213x （ARM7 core）. This terminal has the virtue of high cost performance, and it is flexible and convenient to constructing a network. The system can be used in the retail of varies kinds of goods.
