连铸结晶器保护渣黏度的测试与应用

摘　　要：使用旋转柱体法,对四种型号的连铸结晶器保护渣进行了黏度测试,得到了黏度值随温度的变化关系。在板坯连铸机试用了各型号保护渣,取得了不同的使用效果。By using the method of rotating cylinder the viscosity of 4 types of mould flux for continuous casting is measured and the viscosity value has close relation to the temperature. According to the relationship various types of mould flux are applied to the slab caster and different metallurgical effect is obtained.
