摘  要:目的观察白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在脑出血早期患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α含量变化,探讨其对脑出血预后生活质量的影响。方法采用ELISA法、放射免疫法测定169例脑出血早期患者入院d2血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平,其中出血10~29ml组41例,30ml^49ml组93例,50~60ml组35例。设30例健康人作对照。同时对出院者进行神经功能缺损评分(NDS)评定,观察IL-6、TNF-α不同含量水平对脑出血预后生活质量的影响。结果与对照组比较,出血量10ml以上者血清中IL-6、TNF-α含量明显升高(P<0.05);30ml以上组较10ml以上组显著升高(P<0.05),但低于50ml以上组(P<0.05)。同等条件下脑出血患者早期血清中IL-6、TNF-α含量越高,NDS越下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论脑出血患者早期血清中IL-6、TNF-α含量明显升高,出血量与其后的生活质量有关。Objective To observe the changes of the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α in early cerebral hemorrhage (ECH) and study the effect of bleeding amount on prognostic quality of life. Methods The ELISA and RIA were respectively used for detection of IL-6 and TNF-α levels in 169 ECH patients,Who divided into 10-29 ml group (n= 41), 30 ml-49 ml group (n = 93), 50-60 ml group (n= 35) ,acoding to bleeding amount, and 30 healthy subjects was as control (heath group,n= 30). The neurological deficit scores(NDS) at the time of discharge was compared in patients with different amounts of bleeding. Results The serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels in of 10-29 ml group of bleeding amount were higher than in control group (P〈0. 05), the 30-49 ml group of bleeding amount were higher than in 10-29 ml group (P〈0.05)while lower than that in 50- 60 ml group( P〈 0.01). In same condition after cerebral hemorrhage, the higher of the serum IL-6 and TNF-α level, the lower of the NDS(P〈0.05 and P〈0.01 Respectively ). Conclusion There are usually elevated serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels in cerebral bleeding patients, and the bleeding amount is correlation with subsequently quality of life.
