自体腹水浓缩回输治疗Ⅲ型腹水40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察经腹水浓缩回输超滤仪治疗Ⅲ型腹水的临床疗效。方法70例Ⅲ型腹水患者分为两组,治疗组40例用WLFHY-500型自体腹水回输超滤仪进行自体腹水超滤浓缩回输治疗,对照组30例采用常规利尿治疗。结果治疗组患者治疗后腹围缩小、血浆白蛋白升高明显(P<0.01),血尿素氮、肌酐和内毒素明显降低(P<0.01),总疗效优与对照组(P<0.05)。结论WLFHY-500超滤仪进行自体腹水浓缩回输可以有效治疗Ⅲ型腹水,缓解临床症状,减少住院时间和治疗费用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of reinfusion of concentrated arto - ascites fluid in patients with Ⅲ type ascites by super- membrane - instrument. Methods Seventy patients with Ⅲ type ascites was dividied into two groups, 40 patients were treated by reinfusion of arto- ascites super- membrane- instrument, and rest 30 patients, as control group, were treated routinely with diuresis. Results All patients＇s abdominal girth were sharp reduced（ P〈 0.01 ）, plasma albumin obviousely raised（ P〈 0.01 ）, and the serm levels of BUN , Cr and endotoxin were significantely decreased （ P〈0.01 ） in treatment group. The total effective rate in tratment group was well than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The reinfusion with concentrated arto - ascites by super - membrace - instrument forⅢ type ascites is an effective therapy to relieve clinical symptom, shouten the time of length of stay and treatment expense.
