摘　　要：总结和分析了合并专升本高校图书馆员因学校合并升本后工作环境、人际关系、工作职责等发生了较大变化而形成的各种心理类型,在此基础上提出了有针对性的对策。This paper sums up and analyzes on various psychological types of the librarians in the merged universities upgraded from the colleges because the bigger changes of librarian＇s working environment, human relation and working responsibility, and based on this, advances some corresponding countermeasures.
