摘　　要：针对我国的著作权及著作权的保护现状、网络环境下著作权立法情况,从文献数字化中的著作权保护、数据库条件下的著作权保护方面,探讨了网络环境下的著作权合理使用以及解决知识产权相关问题的主要对策。In the light of the present situation of Chinese copyright, copyright protection and copyright legislation under the network environment, and from the aspects of copyright protection under the document digitalized and database condition, this paper probes into the reasonable use of the copyright under the network environment and the main countermeasures for solving the problems related to the intellectual property.
