摘　　要：目的探讨LASIK术中制瓣时发生角膜瓣异常者眼屈光状态的变化规律。方法LASIK术中制瓣异常者42眼作为观察对象,观察创伤后6月内的屈光变化规律。结果LASIK术中制瓣时发生角膜瓣异常者会引起患眼近视平均球镜当量增加,散光度变化与术前比有显著差异,3月后屈光状态稳定。结论LASIK术中制瓣异常会引起眼屈光状态的变化,2次手术时必须在3月后进行,且必须重新测量屈光状态。Objective To investigate the refractive change after anomalous flap during laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK）. Methods 42 eyes had the anomalous flap brought into this study, the refractive changes after operation 1m,3m and 6m were observed. Results After operation, the refractive power increased, change of astigmatism increased significantly compared with pre-operation. Conclusions Anomalous flap during LASIK would induce refractive change. The second operation must be done after 3 months.
