摘 要:目的:通过观察窝沟封闭材料的渗透性和边缘密合性,进一步探讨可能影响窝沟封闭效果的多种因素以及各因素的作用效果。方法:选取离体恒磨牙48个,随机分成24组,分别采用不同的方法和材料封闭窝沟。通过染料浸染法和体视显微镜观察封闭材料渗入情况以及与牙面的密合程度。分析窝沟釉质成形术、黏结剂、光照方法、材料种类、固化时间各因素对封闭效果的影响。结果:窝沟釉质成形术(EST)、黏结剂、封闭材料三方面因素对窝沟封闭材料的渗透性有影响,作用效果依次降低。黏结剂是否光照、封闭材料的光照时间对封闭的渗透性无影响。本实验的多种窝沟封闭方法边缘密合性均较好,无微渗漏。结论:窝沟釉质成形封闭术、黏结剂与Dyractflow流动复合体联合应用进行窝沟封闭具有很好的临床应用价值,值得推广。AIM:To investigate the multi -factors that might affect the pit and fissure sealant (PFS) and their effect. METHODS: Fourty - eight extracted molars were divided into 24 groups randomly. Sealing the pit and fissure with different methods and materials, we observed the penetration and marginal adaptation by dying infiltration and stereomicroscopy. RESULT:There were 3 factors which had an impact on the penetration of the sealants: enamel- oplasty sealant technique( EST), Prime&bond NT, and the categories of the pit and fissure sealant (PFS). The illumination of Prime&bond NT and sealants had no effect on the penetration of the sealing. CONCLUSION: By applying enameloplasty sealant technique(EST) with the combination of the dental adhesive and flowable compomer restorative, we may find out a better way for the pit and fissure sealing.
