摘　　要：目的探讨大鼠实验性脑出血(ICH)后血肿周围脑组织白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的表达。方法将30只大鼠随机分为ICH组(n=30)和假手术组(n=6);ICH组进一步随机分为ICH后3、61、2、24、48 h 5个时间点(n=6)。ICH组采用自体不凝血注入大鼠尾状核制备ICH模型,免疫组化法检测ICH后不同时间点血肿周围脑组织IL-1β的表达;假手术组大鼠尾状核注入生理盐水。结果血肿周围脑组织IL-1β阳性细胞表达在ICH后1 h开始上升(12.58±2.10),6 h达峰值(29.39±2.78),12 h阳性细胞数开始下降(24.13±1.47),24 h降至11.36±1.51,48 h阳性细胞消失(F=32.8)。假手术组无阳性细胞表达。结论IL-1β参与了ICH继发性脑组织损伤。Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin- 1β （IL- 1β） in brain tissue after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage （ICH） in rats. Methods Thirty- six rats were randomly divided into an ICH group （ n = 30） and a shame oporation group（ n = 6）. The ICH group was further divided into 5 subgroups to represent the varying results at different time points, as 1 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h subgroups （ n = 6 each）. Experimental ICH model was made by injecting autologous blood into the rat caudate nucleus using stereotactic method, The expression of IL- 1β in cerebral tissues at different time points were determined by immunohistochemitry. The shame group was injected normal ,saline into the rat caudate nucleus to serve as control. Results The IL- 1β expression （in positive cell count） in the brain tissue around the hematoma was raised obviously 1 h after ICH （12.58 ± 2.10）, reached its peak at 6 h （29.39 ± 2.78）, began to decline at 12 h （24.13 ± 1.4） and dropped down to 11.36 ± 1.51 at 24 h, with the positive cells having finally disappeared at 48 h （ F = 32.8）. No IL- 1β expression in the brain tissue was found in the shame group. Conclusion IL- 1β is involved in the secondary injury af intracerebral hemorrhage.
