摘　　要：此文章针对我国的大型建筑企业“大而不强”的特点,研究通过大型建筑企业的资产重组、内部结构调整以及通过横向合作等手段来增强企业的整体实力和市场竞争力。The article aiming at the characteristics of large scaled, but not strengthened architecture enterprise, research on how to strengthen enterprise＇s actual strength as a whole and enhance market competition through such means as assets consolidation, structure reorganization and transverse cooperation etc.
