健脾化生汤对胃癌术后化疗期间细胞免疫的影响

摘　　要：为探讨中药健脾化生汤对胃癌术后化疗期间细胞免疫的影响，２８例手术切除并经病理证实的进展期胃癌，前瞻性随机分为两组：研究组除给予５－氟脲嘧啶和丝裂霉素化疗外，还同时服用健脾化生汤；对照组除给予同样方案化疗外，并同时服用胃复安和维生素Ｂ６。结果表明，对照组化疗结束后 ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８较之术前明显下降（ Ｐ＜０．０５），而研究组无显著变化。化疗结束后两组间比较，对照组ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８和ＮＫ有明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示，健脾化生汤通过增强Ｔ淋巴细胞和ＮＫ活性，可缓解化疗药物引起的免疫抑制，对化疗期间细胞免疫具有保护作用。有利于减少化疗期间毒副反应和增强抗癌疗效。The effect of Jianpihuashengtang (JPHST) on T-Lymphocyte sybpopulations and natural killer cells(NK) during the period of chemotherapy of gastric cancers had been studied in this paper. 28 cases of postoperative gastric cancers in the advanced stage were divided into two groups randomly. 14 cases of study group were used with chemotherapy (5-Fu+MMC) combined with JPHST. 14 cases of control group were treated in the same chemotherapy was combined with metoclopramide and vitamin B6. The results showed that CD4.CD4/CD8 in control group after chemotherapy decreased significantly as compared with those before chemotherapy(P<0. 05),and there were not significant differences between before treatment and after treatment in study group. It was still observed that CD4,CD4/CD8 and NK in control group decreased significantly in comparision with those in study group (P <0. 05) after chemotherapy. This study suggest that Chinese herbal JPHST can enhance the cellular immune function of patient of gastric cancer, reduce the toxic-side effects of chemotherapy, and improve effective of chemotherapy.
