基于PC-PLC的动力转向器实验台测控系统

摘　　要：汽车动力转向器是汽车的核心部件,动力转向器实验台是汽车转向器装配、调试和检测的专用设备,提高其检测精度、自动化程度、工作效率对动力转向器调试、检测有非常重要的意义。本文在原动力转向器试验台的基础上,运用可编程控制器和MCGS技术,完成了动力转向器实验台的测控系统的设计。该系统具有测试过程自动控制、自动测量、数据及特性曲线自动记录、报表输出、报警功能。从计算机模拟仿真实验结果看,系统是可行的。Power steering gear is the core part of automobile.Test-bed of Power steering gear is the specialized equipment for assembling,debugging and detecting of Power steering gear,whose detecting precision,automatization,and work efficiency are of great significance to the debugging and detecting of Power steering gear.Based on original Test-bed of Power steering gear,PLC and MCGS technology are used to accomplish the test-control system design of Test-bed of Power steering gear.The system has the functions of automatic control,automatic measurement,automatic record of data and characteristic curve,form output,alarming in measuring process.The experiment result of computer simulation demonstrates that the system is feasible.
