327例初发浅表型膀胱移行细胞癌复发多因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨初发浅表型膀胱移行细胞癌复发的相关因素。方法采用Cox分析模型,回顾性分析327例初发浅表型膀胱移行细胞癌复发的相关因素。结果328例中,复发113例(34.5%);分析表明,肿瘤的数目、大小、分级、分期是影响肿瘤复发的显著相关因素。结论肿瘤数目、大小、分期、分级是浅表型膀胱移行细胞癌复发的显著相关因素。[Objective]To study the recurrence-related factors in 327 patients with primary superficial transitional cell carcinoma of bladder（STCC）. [Methods]An analysis on recurrence-related factors was made by Cox model analysis in 327 patients with primary superficial transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. [Results]Recurrences occurred in 113 patients （ 34.5% ）. On multivariate analysis, tumor multiplicity, tumor size, grade, stage had statistically significant impact on the risk of tumor recurrence. [Concluslon]Tumor multiplicity, tumor size,grade,stage have statistically significant impact on the risk of tumor recurrence.
