玻璃体积血兔视网膜的病理变化

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体积血时不同阶段视网膜的病理变化方法新西兰大耳白兔40只,右眼玻璃体内注入0.2ml自体血作为实验组,左眼玻璃体内注入0.2ml生理盐水作为对照组,分别于d3、d7、d14、d21、d28随机处死,取视网膜于10%中性甲醛内固定,制成病理切片。结果玻璃体积血视网膜d14、d21、d28视网膜神经节细胞及内核层细胞出现水样变性。结论玻璃体积血可引起视网膜的神经节细胞和内核层细胞的水样变性。[Objective] To discuss the retinal pathologic change of vitreous hemorrhage and provide advice for clinical therapy through observing the retinal pathologic change in different stages in vitreous hemorrhage. [Mathods] Forty New Zealand white rabbits were selected. All right eyes were intravitreally injected 0.2 ml autologous blood as experimental group. All left eyes were intravitreally injected 0. 2 ml physiological saline as control group. Rabbits were on the 3rd. 7th. 14th. 21th. 28th day. Retina were fixed by 10 percent neutral formalin, pathological section was made. [Results]Killed Ganglion cells and inner layer cells showed hydropic degeneration in 14 - 28 days, [Conclusions] Vitreous hemorrhage can cause ganglion cell and inner nuclear layer to show hydropic degeneration.
