摘  要:对已知的蓝藻毒素按神经毒性和肝毒性加以分类阐述,并对蓝藻毒素的检测方法进行了描述。比较后的结果表明,生物测试较为直观、快速,但无法用于准确定量测定;化学检测法(主要是HPLC)可作精确定性定量测定;免疫检测技术(ELISA)灵敏度最高。随有藻毒素ELISA试剂盒的商品化,免疫检测技术必将获得越来越广泛的作用。Neurotoxicity and hepatotoxicity of some known microcystines (MCYSTS) were classified and described, and the progress on current methods of MCYSTS determination were summarized. It showed that bioassay is rapid and direct, but can not be used in quantitative test;chemical analysis can obtain precisely quantitative and qualitative results; and immunoassay is the most sensitive one. On pace with commercialization of MCYSTS ELISA kit, immunoassay must be used more widely in near future.
