摘　　要：高校校园体育文化作为校园文化和社会文化的亚文化,是一种有着深刻内涵和丰富外延的独特文化现象.另外,它作为一门潜在课程在素质教育中不可缺少,它同其他教育形式在教育目的上有其内在的一致性及相互联合,协作进行,它具有独特的陶冶作用,以特有的方式和途径无时无处不在影响着学生,它所具有的隐蔽性、全面性、持久性以及学生接受素质教育的主动性,是其他教育形式所难以比及的.阐述高校校园体育文化的深刻内涵,并在探讨高校校园体育文化在素质教育中的育人特点的基础上,提出其建设和发展的途径与方法,和具体的开展校园体育文化活动的途径,及如何培养学生的体育文化素质的方法.The university campus sports cuhure is the subcuhure between the campus culture and the social culture, which is one kind of profound connotation and rich extension unique cultural phenomenon. Moreover, It is an essential curriculum in the latent education for all - around development. It has its intrinsic uniformity with other education form in the education goal and unites mutually. The cooperation carries on, it has uniquely influences function, does not have the unique way when ubiquitous is affecting the students, it has the confidentiality, the integrity, the durability as well as the initiative of student accepting the all- around development education, and other form of education institute difficult to compare. This article elaborates the profound connotation of the university campus＇ sports culture, and proposes its construction and develops way and concretes development method of the campus sports culture activity. And methods of how to raise student＇s sports culture quality in the foundation of the educate characteristic in the discussion of the university campus sports culture in the all - around development education.
