摘  要:在建立现代企业制度的过程中,如何调动代理人的积极性,同时又能最大限度减少代理成本,也即对代理人建立有效的激励—约束机制,是现代企业管理中面临的一个重要问题。研究了国有企业经营者激励—约束机制,认为国有企业经营者存在激励不足、激励过度、约束不足和约束过度等方面的问题,并提出了有效的解决思路。During the establishment of modern enterprise system, how to raise enthusiasm and reduce the agentive cost at the same time, in other words, how to establish the effective mechanism to encourage and limit mangers, is one crucial problem existing in modern enterprise management. Through the study on the encouragement and restriction mechanism to managers of state - owned enterprise, it is presented that there are some problems among managers of state- owned enterprises such as insufficient encouragement, excessive encouragement, insufficient restriction and excessive restriction, finally followed by suggestions of some effective solutions to them.
