摘　　要：目的 对健康教育和心理干预提高癫痫儿童的相关生活质量进行研究。方法 采用癫痫患者生活质量量表-31（QOLIE-1）对49例癫痫患儿进行评估。对49例患儿进行健康教育、心理干预，并于干预前、干预后6个月，9个月分别进行生活质量量表-31的评估。结果 干预治疗后癫痫儿童的相关生活质量评分比干预前有明显提高（P〈0.05）。综合干预治疗后癫痫儿童的生活质量明显改善。结论 综合干预治疗能促进癫痫儿童相关生活质量的提高。Objective ： To study the quality of life and the effects of health education and psychological intervention in children with epilepsy. Methods： The QOL IE-31was used to study the quality of life in 49epileptic children who met the entry criteria . 49 epileptic children who were selected at random was given health education , psychological intervention and follow up. The intervention was evaluated by using American Epileptic Life Quality Scale at before , 6 months later and 9 months later of intervention respectively. Results showed that after intervention , the life quality score of epileptic children were markedly higher than that before intervention （ P（0.05）. After comprehensive intervention , the quality of life improved. Conclusion： comprehensive intervention can improve the quality of life in epilepsy children.
