幽门螺杆菌感染与早期胃癌的关系

摘　　要：近年研究结果表明幽门螺杆菌（ＨｅｌｉｃｏｂａｃｔｅｒＰｙｌｏｒｉ，ＨＰ）感染与胃癌有密切关系。采用组织化学ＷａｒｔｈｉｎＳｔａｒｒｙ银染色法，对３２例早期胃癌标本进行ＨＰ染色。发现３２例早期胃癌一半以上合并ＨＰ感染，且ＨＰ在早期胃癌的粘液腺癌和低分化腺癌中的阳性百分比显著高于中分化腺癌。Recent studies have shown that there is close relationship between Helicobacter Pylori (HP) infection and gastric carcinoma. 32 cases of early gastric carcinoma were determinated with histochemistry Warthin Starry method. The results showed that the positive percentage of HP in mucinoid and lower differentiated adenocarcinoma of early gastric carcinoma was much higher than moderately ones.
