某院2004～2005年住院恶性肿瘤患者临床诊疗情况分析

摘　　要：目的研究恶性肿瘤患者的临床特点及诊疗情况，为临床医疗和医院管理提供参考数据。方法对成都军区总医院收治的1736名恶性肿瘤患者的诊断治疗情况进行分类统计分析。结果患者年龄在45-65岁之间的占54．78％；收治的前五位恶性肿瘤及其治愈、resolving rate好转率；手术治疗与未手术治疗的恶性肿瘤患者的治疗结果有显著差异（U=114201。P〈0．05）。结论应加强对中老年人进行肿瘤普查，做到早发现、早治疗，尤其是尽早作手术治疗，可以提高恶性肿瘤的治愈率。Objective To study the clinical characters of malignant tumors so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and hospital management. Methods A statistical analysis and a classification were made to the treatment of 1736 patients with malignant tumors admitted into a hospital. Results 54.78 % of the patients were 45 to 65 years old ; the cure rate and the resolving rate of the patients receiving operation were significandy different from those of the patients receiving no operation in the first 5 kinds of malignant tumors admitted. Conclusion Mass screening of tumors in middle-aged and senile people should be strengthened;cady diagnosis, early treatment, especially early performance of operation may raise the cure rate of malignant tumors.
