摘　　要：民事诉讼费用制度不仅与单个国家国情有关,且与不同法系下的各国历史传统及现实诉讼制度有很大的关系。忽略这一点可能导致考察视野上的欠缺。本文从法系角度研讨各国间诉讼费用的差异及原因。The rules of Civil Litigation Fees concern not only the situation of one country, but also relates greatly to historical tradition and litigation system of each country in the reality, neglecting of which would possibly lead to a certain lack of observation view or perception angle. The paper discusses differences and reasons on Civil Litigation Fees in various countries from a legal sense.
