摘  要:固相萃取(SPE)技术与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)、气相色谱-傅立叶红外光谱(GC-FTIR)技术结合,用于丁苯橡胶(SBR)生产过程中废水中的有机物的定性分析。每次使用0.18~0.15mm粒径的GDX-502吸附剂2g,1000mL废水,25mL二氯甲烷进行洗脱,洗脱液浓缩至1mL后用于GC-MS和GC-FTIR定性分析。分离在50m×0.20mmi.d.×0.5μm的HP-PONA柱上进行。从SBR废水中确定23种化合物,GC-MS与GC-FTIR联用,提高了定性的准确度。Solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupled with capillary gas chromatography (GC)-Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and mass spectral (MS) detection was used for the analysis of the waste water from the production of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). The solid-phase extraction procedure with 2 g pore size of 0.15 - 0.18 mm GDX-502 cartridges was used. 1000 mL water sample was passed through GDX-502 cartridges, and then 25 mL dichloromethane was used for desorption. The desorption liquid was condensed to 1 mL for identification by GC-MS and GC-FTIR. The separation was performed on a 50 m×0.20 mm i.d.×0.5 μm HP-PONA column. 23 compounds in extracts from SBR waste water were identified. The accuracy of identification was improved by using GC-MS and GC-FTIR at the same time.
