板坯含水率对刨花板热压过程中传热的影响

摘　　要：研究了施胶板坯的含水率对刨花板热压过程中表、芯层温度的影响。结果表明,随着板坯含水率的增大,芯层快速升温段的升温速度在加快,汽化段的时间延长;板坯含水率对表层温度的影响较小。The effect of mat moisture content on the surface and central layer temperature was investigated. Results showed when the mat moisture content was increased, the temperature in the central layer had a corresponding increase in the rate of rise, and the vaporizing stage was extended. However, the moisture content of the mat had little influence on the surface layer temperature.
