非小细胞肺癌MMP-2和c-erbB-2的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究MMP-2和c-erbB-2在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法分析45例Ⅰ￣Ⅲa期NSCLC根治术后肿瘤组织中MMP-2和c-erbB-2的表达。结果NSCLC组织中MMP-2和c-erbB-2阳性表达率分别为57.8%(26例)及75.6%(34例)。MMP-2表达在淋巴结有无转移组间的差异有统计学意义(P=0.006),c-erbB-2表达在Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲa期组间及淋巴结有无转移组间的差异有统计学意义(P=0.015,P=0.032)。MMP-2,c-erbB-2表达与不表达患者5年生存率差异有统计学意义(P=0.002,P=0.003)。结论检测NSCLCMMP-2及c-erbB-2表达有助于判断临床特点及预后。Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-2 and c-erbB-2 and evaluate the correlation of clinical pathological parameters in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Forty-five paraffin-embedded specimens of radical postoperative non-small cell lung cancer was detective for MMP-2 and c-erbB-2 using immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of MMP-2 and c-erbB-2 are 57.8 %, 75.6 %, there is a significance between the expression of MMP-2 and lymph node metastases（P=0.006）, the expression of c-erbB-2 is related to clinical stage and lymph node metastases （P=0.015, P=0.032）, The expression of MMP-2 and c-erbB-2 are related to 5-year survival rate （P=0.002, P=0.003）. Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and c-erbB-2 is significantly related to some clinical parameters and 5-year survival rate.
