摘  要:研究了304L奥氏体不锈钢高压油管密封锥头的镦制成形工艺,冷镦、温镦及热镦的试验结果表明:锥头密封锥面裂纹的形成对镦制温度较为敏感,冷镦及热镦均易在锥头凸台上产生纵向裂纹,通过温镦可以有效消除304L不锈钢管锥头镦制过程中裂纹的产生;镦制过程中锥面上的环形内凹陷与材料的不均匀变形有关。The upset forging processes, including hot, warm and cool upset forging, have been studied in this paper. The results show: deformation rate of cold working has little effect on the parameters of consequnt process after annealing; the generation of crack on the face of the seal-cone is very sensitive to the temperature during upset forging. The upset forging temperature is too high or low. it is very easy to form crack on the protruding flat of the seal-cone while, but it can be avoided by warm upset forging process; on the other side, the forming of depressed zone is related to the asymmetrical distortion during upset forging.
