摘　　要：目的:检测凋亡抑制因子Survivin在喉癌组织中的表达及其与喉癌的临床、病理特性之间的关系。方法:取石蜡包埋喉鳞状细胞癌标本33例,声带息肉21例,应用免疫组化SABC法检测Survivin在喉癌和声带息肉组织中的表达。结果:Survivin在喉癌组织中的表达率为63.6%,在声带息肉组织中的表达率为28.6%,二者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。而Survivin的表达与喉癌的临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移和患者年龄、性别等无关。结论:凋亡抑制因子Survivin在喉癌组织中高表达,在声带息肉中低表达,与喉癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective： To detect the expression of survivin, a novel inhibitor of apoptosis, in laryngeal carcinoma and to investigate its relation to pathological features of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods： Using streptavidin-biotinimmuno-histochemistry（SABC）, we studied the expression of survivin in 33 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 21 vocal cord polyp specimens which were paraffin-embeded.
