摘　　要：目的评价一次性根管治疗和分次根管治疗方法的临床疗效。方法选择80例慢性牙髓炎患者,随机均分2组,用Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖侧方加压法,分别一次和分次完成根管充填术;术后24h及7d对病人随访及检查,比较2种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果2种治疗方法临床效果短期观察无显著性差异(P>0·05)。结论一次性根管治疗术是节省时间行之有效的治疗方法。Objective To compare the occurrence of postoperative pain after applying two different root canal therapy. Methods Eighty symptomatic outpatients with chronic pulpitis, 42 male and 38 female, with ages ranging from 24-71 years, were included in this study. The patients were divided into two group, group one was obturated immediately using jutta-percha cones and sealapex with the lateral condensation technique in one visit, group two was sealed with CP in the first visit, and the final obturation was carried out using the same technique as group one. Results The pain incidence rates after treatment were not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion One appointment root canal therapy is a safe, time saving, and economic RCT method.
