On Relief to Imperfection of China＇s Limited Liability System

摘　　要：By analyzing the structure, efficiency and value of LLS, a conclusion can be drawn as follows： According to relevant legislation, theories and precedents of market economy countries, combining with China＇s reality, a relatively perfect LLS should include both exceptional and general applying conditions. Some counter -measures to perfect China＇s LLS are tentatively mentioned in the article such as providing pre-event safeguard and post-event indemnity measures, establishing information investigation systems, etc.
